It is possible to issue system messages to all users in the ActiveControl Web UI News section via table /BTI/TE_SYSMESS. This could be used to inform users of a upcoming system outage or other significant event.
The start and end dates/times indicate the time period during which ActiveControl will present the configured message to users.
