Basis Technologies typically issue a new ActiveControl license key to our customers as part of the annual renewals process.
This license key can be uploaded by ActiveControl Administrators via the Windows GUI. This is done via the [Help] dropdown > [License Key…] option.
Click on the ‘Upload New License’ button to upload the new key you have been sent.
