ActiveControl 8.0 introduces a backend utility to enable Administrators to perform an en-masse bulk change of Manual Step user assignments.
This was added on the back of repeated customer request for an easier way to reassign Manual Steps from one assignee to another.
This new program is /BTI/TE_RMANSTEPS_CHANGE, and is run in the Domain Controller.
