TE Administrators are the internal resource(s) within your organisation that were involved during the original implementation of ActiveControl; they are also the resources that have the required authorisations to maintain the toolset on an ongoing basis, and in most cases also resolve any user issues being experienced within the tool.
If you have questions or issues whilst using ActiveControl, you should contact your internal Administrators in the first instance.
If required, your local ActiveControl Administrator will then log any requests for support with Basis Technologies.
