ActiveControl screens are presented within the SAP GUI of any ABAP development systems being managed by the tool.
These screens are typically triggered at the appropriate point in the development process (either at the point an object is first added to a transport via standard SAP transactions such as SE16, SE38, PFCG etc), or at the point a transport is released via SE01/SE09/SE10, depending on the how the toolset has been configured.
