Please restrict access to this program as it can be used to release any invoicing out-sort within your SAP IS-U system. This can be achieved by restricting access to transaction /BTR/PP_TORCH_IOUTA via the standard SAP transaction restriction. Also, if you are running this program in the mode that automatically releases invoicing out-sorts that are within a tolerance range specified, the user executing the program must have authorization to release invoicing out-sorts.
