You must also have installed the Node5 Architecture framework components as well as the Torch BDI App into your SAP IS-U system.
These should have been installed via your Basis Administration team as a SAINT package or transport request deployment.
The only subsequent requirement is to then have the license key installed for the given SAP system with sufficient license keys to support the various programs with the Torch.
