(1) When you create a Dropdown custom field, the order that you see them in the configuration screen is the sequence that you will see them in the Dropdown. Ie the dropdown entries are not sorted alphabetically or numerically. For this reason, it is better to create the entries in reverse order (since using INSERT key to add a new entry will add it above the entry you have selected.
