ActiveControl includes an out of the box solution add-on to ServiceNow, which was built using the ServiceNow Certified Integration Program.
This integration provides bi-directional data flows between ActiveControl and ServiceNow including:
- Integration triggers
- Data mapping
- Error handling and notifications
