ActiveControl includes an out of the box JIRA integration that makes use of the standard Integration Framework.
This was added in 2017 in response to a customer that wanted their business users to continue doing approvals in JIRA, whilst the rest of the workflow (including technical approvals, automated analysis, automated deployment) would be done via ActiveControl.
