Check Releasability (0009) looks at each unreleased transport request and checks to see if there are any problems that would cause the release to fail, such as if a program is still inactive in SE38. An SAP function is used to perform this check and if any issues are found a message will be output.
Parameters
CHECK_CUSTOM_VALIDATION: Flag can be used to show releasability problems with BW/PBC objects specifically (as those sometimes have a seperate screen in the SAPGUI that highlight issues at the point of releasing the transport via SE09/SE10.

Please note that this Analyser currently does not work on non-ABAP systems being managed by CTS+.
