Various optional ‘Business’ and ‘User’ metadata is available within ActiveControl for reporting purposes.
Business metadata
Additional metadata can be recorded against Business Tasks via the [Additional Data] tab of the Business Task screen on both the Windows GUI and Web UI. The metadata seen within the various fields on this tab is configurable, it is maintained via the following tables in the ActiveControl domain controller:

User metadata (seen on User Details]
Additional metadata can be recorded against individual users on the [Details] screen within the Web UI. The metadata seen within the various fields on screen is configurable, it is maintained via the following tables in the ActiveControl domain controller:
