Prior to ActiveControl 8.0, control point Skipping required User Exit 0710 to be switched on in /BTI/TE_EXITC table.
As of this version of ActiveControl, ActiveControl Skipping is now part of standard functionality and no longer requires 0710 user exit to be configured.
The Skipping configuration is still done via table /BTI/TE_SKIPCP in the Domain Controller.
