The current ActiveControl licence key and expiry date can be seen via [Help] > [License Key] dropdown menu in the Windows GUI.

When the licence key is coming up for renewal, ActiveControl will warn users of this when they login for the final 30 days before the current license expires. A new licence key can be requested from Basis Technologies Support by providing the above details. When supplied, the new licence key can be uploaded into the Windows GUI via the ‘Upload License Key’ button on the screen.
