ActiveControl Administrators are the internal resource(s) within your organisation that were heavily involved during the original implementation of ActiveControl. If you have any questions or issues whilst using the tool, please contact your local ActiveControl Administrator in the first instance. In most instances, they will already have the knowledge to be able to help resolve your issue.
