Introduction

Document Purpose

The purpose of this User Guide is to provide a guide for the use of ActiveControl for non-Administration users of the software. It is intended as a generic document of the main capabilities of ActiveControl and not as a description of a customer’s own processes within ActiveControl or indeed some of the less-common functionalities within the product.

For more detailed information on your own organisation’s processes within ActiveControl, please refer to the Training collateral that will have been delivered as part of the original ActiveControl implementation project.

In the interest of space, screenshots are shown mostly for the Web UI since this is what most end-users use to access ActiveControl. Where functionality is only available in the Windows GUI, this is explicity stated in this Guide.
