Deleting and Recovering Completed Runs

When you are finished with an Analysis Run, you should delete it to free up space in the Central System.

From your list of Completed Analysis Runs, the Delete button on the right of the page will, with a prompt to confirm, remove the run from the list, but it will not be permanently deleted.

After a period of time, set by the Administrator, runs which have been deleted via this process will be permanently deleted.

Before this time, a user with Administrator access can recover the deleted run.

From the Settings screen, click on Recover Deleted Analysis Runs:

The “Recover” button will restore the Analysis Run and make it available in the “Completed Analysis Runs” list again:

A user with Administrator access can also permanently delete Analysis Runs from the same “Recover Deleted Analysis Runs” screen via the “Delete” button.
