Running Transformation Insight

Create a New Transformation Insight Run

From the Home page, click on the “Transformation Insight” tile and click on “Create New Analysis”:

Step 1 – Basic Setup

1. Assign a name to the run.
2. Select the Source System (you can select from all systems that have been defined as a Source System in any System Landscape), and click “Next”.

Step 2 – Object Selection

1. Use the filters to narrow down the selection and find the top-level object you want to run the analysis for.
2. Select the object, and click “Next”.

Step 3 – Code Analysis Options

*Ensure you have populated the Code Analysis Variants table as detailed in this section.

1. Select the type of Code Analysis you want to perform using the switches.
2. Select the variant to be used for each Code Analysis type using the drop down, and click “Start Analysis”.

The Transformation Insight Run starts and can be monitored under the “Active Analysis Runs” tab:

When the run completes successfully it can be seen under the “Completed Analysis Runs” tab:
