Launching the App

Customer Centric Hub App can be loaded directly or launched from a case in the Dynamic Work Center.

When loading the app directly the user will be prompted to input or search for customer information:

User can navigate to the following screens:

  • Work List
  • History
  • Notes
  • Invoice History

Work List

Once the customer reference is input the Customer Centric Hub will load for the relevant customer:


Completed work items view for the selected date period


Notes from cases, service orders and even C4C tickets are displayed here

Invoice History

Invoices included reversed items are displayed

Action List

See a snap shot of actions have been carried out for this customer previously:

Trigger Actions

Actions can be triggered from either Master Data or Work Request items to launch transactions within SAP
