Total time in QA – Average (Tasks)

The average total time in days that tasks have spent in QA only (excludes overlapping time in development).

Documentation of operation and logic
Calculates the average total time a task has spent in QA. This is the time total that a task has spent in QA excluding the time it has spent in Development.
Each QA time bucket is calculated as:
Start time: First import of a transport inot a QA target system (STARTROLETYPE = Q) for any component transport of the task
End time: Last import import into a Production target system (ENDROLETYPE = P) for ALL of the component transports of the task
This is the average of all the calculated actual times.
