Use latest Service Now SOAP proxy – > /BTI/CO_TE_SN3SERVICE_NOW_SOAP

Select Manual Config (under the Create button):

Define SNOW user name and password

Select all default options

Ping Web Service – successful

Defining port 81 (:81/) in the HTTP url, will redirect the url to HTTPS.
