An integration user needs to be created in Jira for use with the integration. This integration user is what is configured against the RFC within the SAP AC Domain Controller.
- The integration user userid will be in email format.
- The integration user password needs to be API token rather than password.
The API token is created from within Atlassian whilst logged in as the user.
