Introduction

The purpose of this document is to provide end user documentation on the Node5 Architecture process pack for “Meter to Cash” (M2C). The Meter to Cash Report (now referred to as M2C for the remainder of this document) is a suite of SAP programs that performs various functions required pertaining to provide information within a SAP for Utilities environment.

The process pack is made up of a number of SAP modules that are written within the Node5 Architecture framework for performance and usability reasons. Various metrics are included as standard within the out of the box process pack. These can then be further customized to allow customer specific requirements to leverage the meter to cash framework provided. Some of the typical sorts of metrics include:

• Implausible reading analysis
• Billing Accuracy
• Billing and Invoice Out-sort analysis
• Implausible Read analysis
• Agent performance analysis
• Work management analysis

The most commonly sought purpose of this process pack is to understand how the meter to cash process is operating for a customer that runs SAP for Utilities. A user is able to understand the impacts that various “exceptions” have upon the meter to cash process and where time and energy is being on manually resolving exceptions.

This document describes the pre-requisites and additional parameters required in order to execute the various metrics within this BDI App.
