Program Parameters / Selection Screen

Once you have executed transaction /BTR/PP_DSF, you will see the main part of the Scramble GT selection screen.

This screen is where the individual fields which you need to perform the scramble are defined.

You can either use the parameters defined in a Profile, or manually define your own parameters in the ‘Fields for scrambling section’

Each field can be scrambled according to different parameters or rules. The options are:

• Hard Coded
• Lookup List
• Dynamic Lookup List
• Custom Function Module
• Random Date
• Random Number
• Random Multiplier
• Derived Field
• Special Function

• Technical Settings – When you select this button, the options for using Node5 Diffuser are displayed. The Technical Settings for Scramble GT are defined when your product is installed for the first time. They do not need to be maintained every time you run Scramble.

There is the option to add a label to the run so you can easily identify it later in the Diffuser/Minicube Dashboard.

It is important that once you have made your parameter changes and selections that you save them to a Profile.
Select a Profile number or choose option < Create new Profile > and enter a new number if it is to be a new save.
