The entirety of the Testimony software for an SAP system has now been translated into German. When logging into the UI (via the central system) you can now login with German as the language specified.
All “texts” within the UI of the product (if logged on in German) will be visible with the correct translation.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- All configuration tables and ensuring they have related text tables
- SAP GUI dialog Screen fields
- Program select options and parameters
- Program, Function Group and Class related texts
- Message classes and messages
- HTML web-based templates (e.g. for notifications)
- Data dictionary texts along with long texts
From a user experience perspective, this means that all usage of the user interface in the SAP GUI will be accessible in German and if any English texts remain, please report this via the standard support process.
