Available programs

The programs available within the Torch BDI App are summarized below. Each description provides a high-level overview as to the purpose of the report.

Further details of each report are provided later in this document.

• Tolerance analysis for review of current implausible readings
Analyzes all implausible reads in the system and determines the expected consumption, actual consumption and the consumption difference plus tolerance percentage deviations. Allows for implausible reads to be automatically released if within consumption deviation range.

• Tolerance analysis for review of billing out-sorts
Analyzes and lists all billing out-sorts in the system and determines the deviation from lower/upper tolerance limits (manual outsorts are not considered).

• Tolerance analysis for review of invoicing out-sorts
Analyzes and lists the invoicing out-sorts in the system and determines the deviation from lower/upper tolerance limits (manual outsorts are not considered).

• Automatic release of implausible meter readings
Enables automatic release of implausible reads based upon a set of selection criteria. This is invoked from the implausible read analysis program above.

• Automatic release of billing out-sorts
Enables automatic release of billing out-sorts based upon a set of selection criteria. This is invoked from the billing out-sort analysis program above.

• Automatic release of invoicing out-sorts
Enables automatic release of invoicing out-sorts based upon a set of selection criteria. This is invoked from the invoicing out-sort analysis program above.

• Automatic completion / cancellation of BPEM / EMMA cases
Enables automatic completion or cancellation of BPEM cases based upon a set of selection criteria.
