Late Invoicing: New Parameters and Select-Options

The Late Invoicing report has been enhanced with the following Select-Option:

• (Ignore) Print Block – When set this will control the exclusion of results where the Late Invoicing Milestone has been determined as ‘PRDT’ (Print Date) but a Print Block value in range has also been maintained on the Invoice. By default the following standard IS-U values are listed:

1 Permanent print block for document
2 Print block can be undone
3 Original document for reversal document was not printed
4 Budget billing item was requested with invoice
5 On-Site Bill – Already Printed

The Late Invoicing report has been enhanced with the following Parameter:

• Ignore Suppressed Meter Readings – When set this will exclude all meter reading documents for the installation associated to the contract whereby the suppressed meter reading flag is set.
