Performance Improvements

Blade Late Invoice report has been optimized for running on a HANA Database.

• Runtime has been improved by up to 60% by improving DB performance
  Followed SAP guidelines for HANA DB to ensure selects are optimized and performance is improved.

• The interval generation will now use the contract accounts input to the selection screen
  This change enables easier testing and to restrict data upfront to improve overall runtime for subset of data.

*It is recommended to ensure secondary indexes are utilized for tables
