You can view the aggregation and calculations which contribute to the sensitivity score. From the Defect Management screen click the ‘calculator’ here:
This will show for all defects, unless you select a line (or lines).
If changes have been made via the configuration tables, the Update button can then be pressed to recalculate the scores.
Note: Only lines which are Active in the Category Weighting will be including in the Final Score addition.
