Assigning users to positions in the Organizational Structure
When added to a position using the User Administration Dashboard, the percentage for the added user was set to 0%, it is now set to 100%

Copy function
From the User Administration Dashboard, when a user was copied, the organization assignments would be copied even if the organization assignment check box was left empty.
This issue has been corrected.
