BPEM Dashboard has been updated to only show work queues and data to be selected based upon the last assignment history instead of the current processor.
This will improve the data reporting and ensure work queues are reflective of the original position or team the case was assigned to regardless of which processor is working on the case.

This means even if cases have been forwarded to another team the original responsible team can still see the counts for their work queues.
