Get Work Filters

User Administration dashboard has been updated to include filter options for selection.

1. Get work logic has been updated to enable filter options to be applied. For example get work can get all items for a work queue but filter them by an attribute in the case (which could be an account type or specific rate etc).

a) Filters can be applied for either the user, by position or org unit. The process will select the lowest level filter by field. For example, if a filter is created for field ZZCASEAGE at the User level and the Position level, the filter at the User level will be used and the filter at the Position level will be ignored.

b) Only the first 10 unique field filters will be used per user/position or org unit.
c) Only fields available in the /BTI/MDE_BWC_WRH table can be added as filter options (CI can be used to include fields where required). These fields must be updated in table /BTI/MDE_C_WRHF with filter checkbox selected.

d) Only cases and related cases that conform to the filters will be selected
