To ensure accurate performance data, it is necessary to check the additional checkbox “include performance data” for the new functionality to be included in the results set. Additionally, it is important to consider the statuses 1. 2. 3 and 6 as they are required to guarantee the accuracy of performance data.
The aging calculations is typically determined by the changed date. However, there is an option to use the completed date instead, if it is available. This is particularly relevant in case that are both completed and confirmed.
