Work Request – Outsorts
Under certain conditions a programming error would incorrectly show the status text as Outsorted.
The program has been updated to show the proper “Status text”.
The status of Billing order Work Requests could be incorrectly displayed as “Outsorted” under certain conditions; the code has been corrected.
Create Case Action
The BPEM Template Notes had unexpected line breaks when launched within C4C; this issue has been corrected.
All notes will display the correct line break formats.
