The following fixes have been applied to these modules within the Customer Centric Hub:

1. Invoice History

The invoice history tab was not showing correctly when customer had an installment plan.The payment status was updated incorrectly showing the item as open incorrectly. This has been fixed and the status will be displayed as expected if installment plans have been set up.

2. BPEM action – Change Case Note

Issue resolved in the Customer Centric hub has been fixed to ensure that when a user adds a note to a case, they are automatically updated as the processor of the case if there is no user assigned already, (same as in SAP). This update prevents blank logs and eliminates the possibility of run time errors when the cases is accessed from other programs.

3. Completed Service Notification

When completed the service notification was not always shown in the history tab if no changed date has been maintained.
The logic has been updated to get the created date if the change date is not populated.

4. Work Request Service Order

Updated to the Customer Centric Hub Service Order to enable search when there are multiple ILOA tables assigned. This fix will ensure BDEx can still find the associated Service Order and display this as an open work item as expected.

5. BPEM Case Actions

Add new action: Reassign case to position only
