1.The Get Work Filter will only be displayed in the dashboard once the configuration is updated
a) The Filtering process is delivered in an off status. To enable filtering, option 68 must be activated in /BTI/MDE_C_OPT
2. Option has been added to select related work for skills matrix
a) This is an option delivered in an off status. To enable this option, option 69 must be activated in /BTI/MDE_C_OPT.
b) If activated, this enhancement ensures that when getting cases from the skills matrix, cases related to those cases will also be searched for and assigned.
c) The relationship of the related cases is established with the object defined in option 35.
