Customer Centric Hub Display
To enable the display of new functionality, the inclusion of devices installed in the Customer Centric hub hierarchy was activated through an update to function 70 in the BDEx option table.
Master Data – Equipment/Devices
Through adding and activating option 72, Equipment/Devices are shown by their serial number instead of the equipment number.
With option 72 off – BDEx will display the equipment
When option 72 is active – BDEx will display the serial number
Master Data – Serial Number
When option and configuration is updated:
Serial Number can be used as an identifier field in Customer Centric Hub.
