Loading BPEM Large numbers of BPEM cases

The loading of the Customer Centric Hub work requests could be extremely slow for large accounts with many BPEM records with unassigned processors.
This was due in part to the selection of unnecessary data records. This process has been streamlined.

Master Data Hierarchy – Devices

When initiated from the “Call BDEx” option in the Dynamic Work Center, the BPEM hierarchy in the Customer Centric Hub displayed duplicate device numbers if there are installation history records. The Customer Centric Hub showed repeated devices corresponding to the number of installation history records.
