Action – Reassign a Case
From the Dynamic work center and the Customer centric hub, a user could right click on a case and after selecting “Reassign case to position” assign the case to a position that had surpassed its end date. This bug has been corrected. If a user now tries to assign a case to a position that is no longer in a valid date range the reassignment will fail and a popup message will instruct the user to pick a valid actor.
Deferred View
Custom /BTI/MDE_BWC_WRH fields are now available for display in the Dynamic Work Center Deferred items views. These have been available in the Personal Worklist view and have now been added to the deferred worklist views.
They can be added by changing the layout and adding them to the display.
