Within the Productivity report secondary count did not match the totals in the secondary count due to an assumption that the completion would always be the last step in the process. Therefore, if a user completed a case and then went on to execute additional actions the report logged the completion as secondary. This has been resolved and this technical assumption removed to ensure very primary case completed is counted under the completed count.
