Regardless of the user selected from the organizational tree on the left side of the screen, the user administration dashboard displayed the current user in the organization assignment tab. Despite of having option 47 set to Display”, the user was able to modify the Organizational Tab.
An error in the Customer Centric Hub hindered the utilization of new forwarding reason for forwarding cases from the organizational assignment folder.
User selected from organizational tree will properly show in the Org Assignments tab.

Option 47 allowed Org Assignment changes when “Display” was assigned. This error has been corrected.
When forwarding from the Organization assignments folder, new or previously unused reason codes would cause an error even if they were properly configured.
