If ActiveControl has been configured to trigger Transport Forms in the SAP GUI when the transport is released via SE01/SE09/SE10, or when an object is first added to an empty transport via standard SAP transactions such as SE38, SE16, PFCG etc – the Transport Form popup will appear automatically at this point.
