• Start Date – The date the activity was started.
• Start time – The time the activity was started.
• User – The user/agent ID who carried out the activity or if the activity was triggered automatically it is the user who prompted the auto activity to be triggered i.e. releasing a billing outsort will automatically trigger an invoicing trigger.
• Long Name – The full name assigned to the user/agent ID, pulled from the user profile within SAP.
• Action Text – The action text description.
• Parameter – The object type i.e. master data object – contract account.
• Parameter Value – The object reference i.e. if the parameter is the contract account the value will be the contract account number.
• End date – The date the activity was finished. This is the date of when the user/agent clicked back to return to the CCH main screen from the action. Or if the action represents the start of the session this is the date the CCH session was ended.
• End time – The time the activity was finished. This is the date of when the user/agent clicked back to return to the CCH main screen from the action. Or if the action represents the start of the session this is the time the CCH session was ended.
• Status – This is the status of the activity, this field is only completed for work request/master data object types that have a status recorded against them within the CCH.
• Created On – The date the work request type that the action was trigger against was created on.
• WR Hist – This field shows whereby the activity item is recorded in the work request history section of the CCH.
• MD Obj Key – This is the master data object key used to launch the action in the CCH i.e. if the action is ‘Display Contract’ and the action was launched by right clicking the contract in the CCH the MD obj key will be the contract number.
• Description – This is a description of the MD Obj key. In the above example this would say ‘Contract’.
