Approval time into QA – Average (Tasks)

The average total amount of time in days it takes for the transports for tasks to be approved for deployment into QA.

Calculates the approval time for a task into a QA target system.
Start time: When a transport for a task arrives at a Inbox (ENDLOCATION = ‘I’) in a QA target system (ENDROLE=Q)
End time: When the approval has been processed

When multiple transports are assigned to a task the time is calculated by totalling up the approval times for each component transport.

The figure displayed is the average of the actual times

When multiple charactersistics (e.g. Supplier) are involved in a task, the total time is assigned to all.
