ActiveControl 7/00 Upgrade

If the Windows GUI crashes after upgrade to ActiveControl 7.00, it may be a result of the new NetWeaver libraries.

Program /BTI/TE_RFIX_NULL_FIELDS should be run in the TE Domain Controller as part of an Upgrade to address/avoid these issues.

Resetting the TE Windows GUI after Upgrade

Before using the new Windows GUI the client registry settings must be reset.

This is done from the Windows GUI login screen. Before pressing OK hold down SHIFT and CTRL and press then the OK button.

Keep holding SHIFT and CTRL until the following message appears. Choosing Yes will perform the reset.
