Transfer customer fields to Dynamic Work Center tables

Implement BAdI /BTI/MDE_BWC_BADI_CUSTFIELDS to handle custom fields being copied across in the BWC Database Tables by means of accessing fields added to the .CI_BWC_CUST_INCL structure.
