The remote control screen has disapeared
If the remote control screen seems to have disappeaered use the Alt and Tab buttons together to search for the SAP screen with “Replay dialog script”. Note that you won’t find this screen by just clicing on the SAP screens as this screen is hidden there.
Unexpected failures are occurring
If unexpected failures are occurring while using Remote Control then check that the playback enhancements are active on the system that you are trying to playback on.
The message below “Control (amodal) search help could not be initialized.” is a classic sign that the playback enhancements are not active.
