Supporting Infrastructure

Purpose

Additional systems must be setup in order to support the playback process which is carried out by the “bot” agents and which must be installed on these machines. In addition to the maintenance of these systems, their status can be viewed here.

Create System: A popup enables the user to maintain the details of the computer from which the execution agent will be launched. The host-name is the same as the Terminal ID and can be obtained by executing the operating system command ipconfig /all from the Windows command prompt.

Note:

You should not remove Bots from the Supporting Infrastructure list while a Playback is in progress or paused. It will cause Block allocation discrepancies and potential for permanently Paused playback.
