With the availability of other Basis Technologies products like ActiveDiscover that utilises the same technology architecture as ActiveControl, the Web Platform user interface has been streamlined for a seamless user experience.
The ‘User Details’ option associated with the user profile has been redesigned from a single dialog page view containing all details to a multiple tabbed dialog page view.

The first tab labelled “General” contains basic details of the logged-on user with options to upload a picture and change the user theme.

- Employment Type, Supplier, Location, Cost band, Start Date, End Date, Contact number, Instant Messaging, Role.
The editable email text box has been made read only.
ActiveControl Tab
The second tab labelled “ActiveControl” provides customisable user preferences specifically for ActiveControl. If licenced for ActiveDiscover, a third tab labelled “ActiveDiscover” will be present that provides customisable user preferences specifically for ActiveDiscover.
