Delegations are used within ActiveControl to delegate Inbox and Outbox approvals in the event that the original Approver has some planned leave which will necessitate another user performing their Approvals in their absence.
Force Delegation can be used by authorised users such as Administrators, to set delegations in the event of unplanned leave.
Within the Web Platform, delegations are set via the User dropdown menu in the top right of the UI.
